DAY – The Modoc County Drug Task Force arrested Allen Edward Birkenshaw, 27 and Rachael Ann Bush, 20, of Day following a raid and seizure of an unspecified amount of marijuana, $22,000 in cash, seven fire arms, two vehicles and $10,000 worth of growing equipment.
The task force raided Birkenshaw’s property on Daybreak Road in Day, October 2.
The pair was arrested and booked into the Modoc County Jail.
