FALL RIVER MILLS – The Fall River Valley Community Services District has lost its 5th member of the board of directors in a year.
Director Sharon Hanson (pictured left) notified the directors of her resignation in an email dated August 1. Without giving a specific reason in the email she states that she and her husband have rented their home to a new doctor.
She also compliments General Manager John Van den Bergh and each of the existing board members. The other four who have resigned in the past 12 months are Barbara Briggs, Quincy Hatch, Bill Johnson and Bill Estes.
