Christopher Robin Ray, 49, rejected a plea bargain last week, paving the way for a September trial.
Ray, arrested June 1, 2011 on ten counts of felony child molestation (including oral copulation with a child) has been housed in the Shasta County Jail in lieu of posting $1 million bail.
If convicted of all counts he faces a possible 150 year prison term.
