FALL RIVER MILLS – The Fall River Wild Rice Festival, conceived of and developed by past Fall River Chamber President Ed Siegel and Andrew Betz, both of whom say they have been frozen out by the new Fall River Chamber officers and board, has moved its location from where it has been, the Fall River Community Park operated by the Fall River Lions to the Intermountain Fair Grounds.
The move has not been without hard feelings. Below are two letters, one from Hugh Williams, President of the Chamber to his membership and one from Lions President Gary Derinia to his membership.
